Easton home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Easton rose by $62,950 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $568,900 – a 12.4% increase over the $505,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Easton in the first quarter of 2018.
