The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Easton rose by $17,750 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In May 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 – a 2.9% increase over the $617,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Easton in May 2017.
