The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Easton rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In July 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $620,000 – a 8.3% increase over the $572,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Easton in July 2016.
