The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Easton rose by $200,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In December 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $632,500 – a 46.2% increase over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Easton in December 2017.
