The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Easton rose by $97,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In April 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $742,500 – a 15.1% increase over the $645,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Easton in April 2016.
