The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Easton fell by $57,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 39 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.
From July through September of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $538,000 – a 9.6% decrease over the $595,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Easton in the third quarter of 2018, as well.
