The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Easton fell by $86,298 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From July through December of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $517,203 – a 14.3% decrease over the $603,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Easton in the second half of 2016.
