The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Easton fell by $35,000 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From October through December of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $570,000 – a 5.8% decrease over the $605,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Easton in the fourth quarter of 2018.
