The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Easton fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $647,500 – a 3% decrease over the $667,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Easton in March 2017.
