The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Easton fell by $40,000 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In June 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 – a 6% decrease over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Easton in June 2016.
