The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Easton fell by $95,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In July 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 – a 15.3% decrease over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Easton in July 2017.
