The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Easton fell by $122,500 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In August 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $549,000 – a 18.2% decrease over the $671,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Easton in August 2018.
