The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Easton fell by $68,750 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In April 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $493,250 – a 12.2% decrease over the $562,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Easton in April 2018.
