The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Easton fell by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through December of 2017, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $587,500 – a 1.8% decrease over the $598,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Easton in 2016.
