The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is seeking feedback from residents and businesses regarding its winter weather operations. The agency has launched an anonymous online survey for the public to share their thoughts on CTDOT’s performance during the past winter season. This initiative aims to highlight strengths and identify areas needing improvement.

Connecticut Department of Transportation Commissioner Garrett Eucalitto emphasized the importance of public input, stating, “No matter the weather conditions, CTDOT is committed to ensuring the public can travel safely on state roads and interstates. Feedback is important to us so we can ensure our public information and fleet operations are meeting the needs of the state’s residents and businesses.”

The survey, designed to take less than five minutes, asks participants about their travel habits, snow removal priorities, and their assessment of CTDOT’s work. It also inquires how residents access information on road conditions and utilize CTroads, which provides real-time travel updates.

The survey will remain open until May 31, 2025. Residents interested in participating can complete it by following this link.
