The Connecticut Lottery’s new 100X scratch game has seen two $200,000 prizes awarded on consecutive days. On Monday, a winner purchased the ticket at Stop & Shop located at 1790 Post Road East in Westport. The following day, another winner bought their prize-winning ticket at Krauser’s Food Store, situated at 357 Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill. Each retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling these winning tickets.

“The CT Lottery urges all players to check their tickets—your lucky moment could be just a scratch away!” The lottery suggests using the CT Lottery app to scan tickets and check for potential winnings.

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) is tasked with generating revenue for the state while adhering to high standards of public policy and social responsibility. In fiscal year 2024, players won over $1.1 billion in prizes and retailers earned more than $85 million in commissions. Contributions from the CLC have supported services funded by Connecticut’s General Fund since its inception in 1972.

The CLC reminds the public that individuals must be at least 18 years old to purchase lottery tickets and at least 21 years old to place sports wagers. For those facing issues with gambling, assistance is available by calling 888-789-7777 or visiting ccpg.org.

Further information about the CT Lottery can be found through various channels including ctlottery.org or by contacting them directly via phone.
