Event Details

Fill My Cup – a community program to offer supportive techniques for Mothers to manage their stress in a safe, fun atmosphere! This is a monthly series. Registration is required.

“Our Vision is to bring together a community of mothers to share in a supportive and safe environment and teach simple techniques to promote internal peace. Self-care is imperative to being an effective leader at home and in the community. Mothers that model appropriate self-care within the family create healthier habits in their children. After six creative and fun sessions, participants will return to their caregiving roles feeling centered, valued and whole.”

The final session in the series! Elizabeth and Jackie will lead and the theme will be Poetry and Journaling. We will offer them journals and prompts, talk about the benefits of creative writing and journaling as well as finding meaning and truth in poetry.

We will end with a celebration of our commitment to continuing to Fill Our Cups with self-care by toasting one another in a teacup to take home. We will also provide extra mugs in case they know another woman who needs this program and provide details on a paper inside the cup about the next session being offered.
